Very easy process and loved my skis!

Bei der Ausleihe: Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter im Verleih, der sogar schweizerdeutsch spricht und überaus sympathisch war - leider eine Seltenheit in Zermatt! Leider nur noch 1 letztes passendes Skimodell übrig, daher zur Auswahl nur zwei Sterne. Und Lawinenequipment äusserst mässig, keine Sonden, LVS nur noch per Zufall eines gefunden. Schade. Bei der Rückgabe musste ich wieder zermatttypisch auf Englisch kommunizieren - finde das äusserst mühsam. Aber die Kolleginnen im Erdgeschoss waren auch sehr freundlich.

Everyone that I dealt with was terrific. Friendly and helpful. However, I can’t believe how incredibly inconvenient it is to rent skis at Zermatt. To walk from the train station in ski boots to the funicular with all your gear seems incredibly inconvenient. Further, to not offer the option of returning the skis and poles at the Bayard store at the bottom of the funicular seems hard to believe. I understand that it it might not be ideal for you so perhaps offer the option to pay an extra 5CHF or something to drop them off rather than having to walk with them after a long hard day of skiing. I had to carry mine and my wife’s.

Fantastic - really friendly and helpful staff and easy to come in and get skis the night before and to swap skis if needed and/or extend the rental. Would definitely rent from them again. The ability to store the skis onsite during the rental period is fantastic as well, much better than carrying them to/from the hotel.

Having rented skis from Bayard in Zermatt before I didn't hesitate to rent from them again. Easy to pre-order online. Staff in the shop were very friendly and helpful. The premium skis were great - latest model, well serviced and very responsive. Would recommend Bayard to anybody heading to Zermatt. See you next time!

You guys were great!! Super helpful. I did suffer a knee injury on my first day and I returned the stuff my daughter and I rented the next day. The refund, however, has not shown up on my credit card statement yet and we are over a week downstream. Any input on this would be appreciated. Cheers...Nick
