We rented snowboards, boots, and helmets. Great staff, seamless renting process, good equipments, and a pretty competitive pricing. The only thing that was a little odd was that they didn't fit the boots with the bindings. So when we strapped them on they were loose so we had to adjust the straps ourselves. We're not beginners so this wasn't a big deal at all. But I could how this might be a problem or even a safety issue with true beginners. Otherwise, great store and rental place.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent quality equipment. The ability to change midweek was a game changer.

Very friendly and fast

The experience was good. The only thing that would have been nicer, is if the equipment was collected from our hotel, rather than us having to traipse it back! Some other ski hire shops do that for hotels they are affiliated with as a customer service.

The experience was great- efficient, quick, friendly staff. Yet, the skis were actually too heavy and a bit long for me. They are great skis - but I mentioned I’m intermediate- they were too heavy and a bit long to do shorter slaloms. Thanks!

The whole experience was great. Recommendations about equipment were helpful and well attuned to our skiing styles, the gear at the shop is excellent, and the staff were friendly and efficient.
